  • No automatic sharing of personal information: Your name, contact details, address, and payment information are never visible to other users, unless you choose to share them.
  • Encrypted data storage: All sensitive information, including payment details and identity verification data, is securely stored using advanced encryption protocols.
    We do not store any images or video of the experience unless required by local laws and regulations.
  • Strict data policies: EYEMAN adheres to strict data privacy regulations and never sells or shares your data with third parties without your explicit consent as provided by our Privacy Policy
  • Private communications: All chat, video, and messaging features operate within the app’s secure environment, ensuring conversations remain private and protected.
2.  In-App Safety Features

The EYEMAN app includes multiple safety tools and features built directly into the app to help ensure a safe experience for both Voyagers and EYEMAN:

  • Real-time monitoring: Video sessions are streamed live and not stored, unless required for legal reasons or if a report is made for investigation.
  • Emergency assistance: In the event you feel unsafe during a session, we strongly recommend that you end the session immediately and contact the appropriate local authorities.
  • Session controls: Users can pause or end sessions at any time, block users, and report inappropriate behavior directly from within the app.
  • Community standards: Our Community Guidelines clearly outline acceptable behavior. Violations can lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
  • Transparency: Session details, including time, duration, and participants, are logged securely for reference if any issues arise.
3.  Checks and Monitoring

We take the vetting of our EYEMAN seriously to ensure that users are connecting with trusted, verified individuals:

  • Identity verification: Every EYEMAN must complete identity verification using government-issued ID and facial recognition technology.
  • Continuous monitoring: We conduct periodic re-verifications and monitor feedback to ensure Agents continue to meet our high safety standards.
  • Community feedback system: After each session, users are encouraged to rate and review their experience, helping to maintain a transparent and accountable community.
