This age requirement ensures that all participants can enter into legal agreements, comply with all the platform’s policies and take full responsibility for the services they provide or request. - Who is a Voyager?
A Voyager is anyone who uses the EYEMAN platform to request live experiences and services. Voyagers rely on EYEMAN to
serve as their trusted eyes on the ground, whether they are shopping remotely, exploring a destination, attending an event, or
as specifically agreed between them. - Who is an EYEMAN?
An EYEMAN is a verified local guide who provides real-time live video services through the EYEMAN platform. EYEMANs
serve as the trusted eyes on the ground for Voyagers, offering services such as live shopping assistance, guided tours,
supplier inspections, event streaming, and customized visual tasks. Every EYEMAN is verified to deliver high-quality live experiences to Voyagers anywhere in the world. - Who can become an EYEMAN?
Anyone can apply to become an EYEMAN, provided they have local expertise, good communication skills, a compatible mobile device, and a willingness to offer professional live visual services. While some EYEMANs may choose to enhance their offerings using optional devices such as EYEMANGLASS and/or EYEMANDRONE. All applicants must complete the EYEMAN app verification process.

- What type of services can I request as a Voyager?
As a Voyager, you can request live shopping assistance, virtual tourism and guided tours, access to live-streamed events,
custom live visual tasks tailored to your specific needs, and local on-the-ground reporting and verification services. - How do I book a service?
You can book a service by accessing the EYEMAN app, selecting the type of service you require, choosing an EYEMAN based
on location and availability, confirming the booking details, making a secure payment, and then joining your scheduled live
session at the agreed time. - How do I know my EYEMAN is trustworthy?
Every EYEMAN undergoes a strict verification process that includes identity verification and onboarding. You can also review
ratings and feedback left by previous Voyagers before making your booking. - Can the EYEMAN see my personal information?
No. Your EYEMAN does not have access to your personal information. EYEMAN agents only receive the details necessary to
complete your requested service, such as the location or task instructions related to the job. Your name, payment details,
contact information, and other personal data remain fully protected and are never shared with the EYEMAN. All personal data
is securely handled by EYEMAN in accordance with our Privacy Policy. - What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied with the service, you should submit your rating and provide detailed comments about your experience
with the EYEMAN directly within the app. Your feedback helps us monitor agent performance and maintain service quality. If
you believe the service did not meet the agreed standards or if there was a serious issue, you may initiate a complaint under
EYEMAN’s Refund Policy. Our support team will review your case, and if your claim is validated, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with the policy. - Can I request a specific EYEMAN?
No, EYEMAN app does not provide any provision to do this. - What equipment do I need as a Voyager?

Yes, EYEMAN app is fully committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. All data transmissions, including
personal details and payment information, are secured using advanced encryption technologies. Access to your data is strictly
limited to what is necessary to deliver your requested services. The EYEMAN App does not store any recordings of your live
sessions unless you have explicitly requested a recording, or we are legally required to retain such data under applicable laws
and regulations. Our complete policies on data collection, storage, and protection are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which can
be reviewed at any time within the app or on our website. - Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You may cancel or reschedule your booking prior to commencement of the booking, subject to our Terms. - What if my EYEMAN does not show up?
If your EYEMAN fails to show up for a confirmed booking, you should receive a full refund, and EYEMAN will investigate the
incident per the Refund Policy. - How do I communicate with my EYEMAN during a session?
During the live session, you can communicate with your EYEMAN directly using the in-app voice, video, and chat features
provided by the EYEMAN platform. - Is my live session automatically recorded?
No. EYEMAN does not automatically record live sessions. Recordings are only made if specifically requested by the Voyager,
or if required by law. Otherwise, all live interactions remain private and unrecorded. - Can I record my session?
Recordings may be available depending on the nature of the service and applicable privacy regulations. - Who owns the rights to recordings or images from my EYEMAN session?
As a Voyager, you have full and unconditional rights to any recordings, screenshots, or images that you create during your live
session with the EYEMAN. You may use, share, or store this content as you wish, subject only to applicable local laws and
regulations. EYEMAN does not claim any ownership or usage rights over the content you generate during your experience. - Where is EYEMAN app available?
The EYEMAN app is expanding its global network. You can check the app or website for available EYEMAN in your desired location. - How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through the EYEMAN platform using a variety of supported payment methods, including
credit cards, PayPal, and other locally available options.

- What services can I offer as an EYEMAN?
As an EYEMAN, you can provide services such as live shopping assistance, city and sightseeing tours, live streaming of
events, supplier and factory inspections, local reporting, and customized visual tasks requested by Voyagers or Businesses. - How do I become an EYEMAN?
To become an EYEMAN, you need to submit an application through the EYEMAN platform. Once your identity is verified and
you complete the onboarding and equipment testing process, you will be approved to begin accepting jobs. - What equipment do I need?
You need a smartphone with a high-quality camera, a stable internet connection, a headset for clear audio, and optionally, the
EYEMANGLASS (coming soon) device for hands-free live streaming. - How do I get paid?
You will receive payments after you successfully complete a job and the Voyager confirms satisfaction. Payments are
processed automatically, with platform commissions deducted, and earnings are transferred to your registered bank or e-wallet account. - Are there any platform fees?
Yes, EYEMAN charges a transparent platform commission, which is deducted from each payment before the final payout to the agent. - Can I choose which jobs to accept?
Yes, you have full control over your schedule and can choose which job offers you accept based on your preferences and
availability. - What happens if I cancel a job?
If you cancel jobs frequently or at the last minute, it may negatively impact your agent rating and affect your eligibility to
continue working on the platform. - How can I improve my rating?
You can maintain a high rating by providing excellent service, communicating clearly with Voyagers, being punctual, and
consistently delivering the requested tasks to a high standard. - Do I need any permits or insurance?
Yes. As an EYEMAN agent, you are fully and solely responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, authorizations, or insurance that may be required under local laws or regulations applicable to the services you provide. EYEMAN does not provide legal or regulatory advice and assumes no responsibility for your compliance with such requirements. It is your obligation to ensure that you are properly authorized and covered to perform any tasks or activities you accept through the platform. - What support does EYEMAN provide?
EYEMAN provides onboarding support, access to technical assistance, and participation in the EYEMAN community to help you succeed as an agent.

- What devices support EYEMAN?
EYEMAN is supported on iOS and Android devices, as well as through most modern web browsers, allowing both Voyagers and EYEMAN to access the platform conveniently. - How do I contact EYEMAN support?
You can contact EYEMAN support using the Information button or by email. - What internet connection is required for live sessions?
For the best experience, both Voyagers and EYEMAN agents should have a stable high-speed internet connection. EYEMAN
agents are required to maintain a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps to ensure smooth and uninterrupted live video streaming. Voyagers should also ensure they have reliable internet access to view live streams without lag or interruption. - What happens if there is a technical issue during my live session?
If technical issues occur during a session, you should first attempt to reconnect within the app. If the problem continues, you
can contact EYEMAN Support for assistance. If the technical issue prevents completion of the service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund as per EYEMAN’s Refund Policy. - Do I need to give the app permission to access my camera and microphone?
Yes. In order to participate in live video sessions, both Voyagers and EYEMAN agents must grant the EYEMAN app permission
to access their device’s camera and microphone. These permissions are only used during active sessions and are not
accessed outside of live streaming activities. - What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?
If you experience an app crash or freeze, first try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you are running the latest version of the app, as updates may contain important stability improvements. If problems persist, contact EYEMAN Support for technical assistance. - What happens if my EYEMAN’s internet connection drops during a session?
If the EYEMAN agent temporarily loses connection, the app will attempt to automatically reconnect. If the connection cannot be restored promptly, you may reschedule the session or request a refund according to EYEMAN’s Refund Policy.
