“Service(s)” means the live video-based services, experiences, and content made available through the EYEMAN platform, mobile application, website, or other digital channels, including but not limited to real-time video streaming, interactive video experiences, virtual shopping assistance, event coverage, travel experiences, inspections, and other offerings provided by EYEMAN Agents to Users. The term Services also includes any related features, functionalities, content, communications, and support provided by EYEMAN-ARL to facilitate such experiences.
“User(s)” means any individual or legal entity that downloads, accesses, creates an account on, or otherwise uses the Services, whether on a paid or unpaid basis, for the purpose of requesting, booking, viewing, or receiving live video- based services or experiences provided by EYEMAN Agents. The term User includes both registered account holders and any other person who uses the app or Services with or without registration.
“EYEMAN Agent(s)” means an independent, authorized, and verified individual who is approved by EYEMAN-ARL to provide real-time video-based services and experiences to Users via the EYEMAN platform or mobile application. EYEMAN Agents are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal agents of EYEMAN-ARL. EYEMAN Agents have no authority to bind or obligate EYEMAN-ARL in any manner.
We recommend you read this Privacy Policy in full to understand our practices, but here are a few key points:
- We collect data that you provide directly, data generated during your interactions with our services, and data from other sources such as government agencies or business partners.
- We use your data to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our services, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy applies to Users and recipients of services offered through the EYEMAN app or other communication channels used by the EYEMAN platform.

The EYEMAN app uses automated systems to support our services. These processes help deliver fast, reliable, and secure interactions between Users and EYEMAN Agents by automating decision-making where real-time responsiveness or consistency is essential.
We use automated processes for the following:
When you request a service (e.g., shopping, travel, events, or defence-related assistance), our system uses available data to automatically match you with the most appropriate EYEMAN Agent. This includes factors like:
- Agent proximity and availability
- Ratings and past performance
- Language compatibility
- Service type and specialization (e.g., Shopper vs. Defence)
Data used: Location, service request details, agent ratings, usage history, device and network status.
Service fees for certain Service offerings (especially real-time video sessions) may vary based on factors such as:
- Duration and distance of the service session
- Demand-supply conditions
- Increased Complexity (night time, drones, multiple cameras)
Data used: Location, time of request, service type, duration, user preferences, session logs
We use machine learning and automated pattern recognition to detect potentially fraudulent or harmful behavior. For example, our systems may automatically:
- Flag duplicate or suspicious accounts
- Block unusual access attempts
- Identify inconsistent location or payment activity
- Detect potential identity misuse (e.g., someone using another user’s ID)

To maintain platform safety, certain user-generated content (like chat messages, images, or session reports) may be automatically scanned or flagged for review if it appears to violate our Community Guidelines or poses safety concerns.

To improve overall experience and minimize potential conflicts, we may automatically:
- Avoid pairing Users with EYEMAN Agents they’ve previously rated poorly
- Limit service access for consistently low-rated agents or users (after review)
Data used: Ratings, session outcomes, cancellation patterns, user/agent history.
Automated systems help adapt our services to your preferences and needs, including:
- Adjusting app layout for accessibility
- Offering services in preferred languages
- Suggesting agents you’ve worked with before
Data used: Account settings, device info, interaction history, demographics.
Note: Where legally required, EYEMAN-ARL allows you to request human review of certain automated decisions that significantly affect you (e.g., service denials or account deactivation due to automated safety flags). You can do this by contacting our Customer Support team.
EYEMAN-ARL and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve our platform and Services. These technologies help us recognize you across websites and apps, remember your preferences, and deliver a better and more personalized user experience.

As a User on the EYEMAN app, certain details are shared with the assigned EYEMAN Agent, including:

- Service request details (e.g., Shopper, Traveller, Events, Nexus)
- Communication tools (chat or masked calls within the app)
If you’re an EYEMAN Agent, details may be shared with requesting Users, including:
- Your first name
- Verified ID badge or EYEMAN rating
- Service area and specialty (e.g., travel guide, shopping agent)
If you submit user content in public forums (e.g., reviews, feedback, community posts), it may be visible to the general public, depending on your privacy settings.
We engage vendors and service providers to support the EYEMAN app’s operations, such as:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
- Cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Identity verification partners
- Customer support platforms
- Marketing and analytics providers

We retain the following types of data for the duration necessary to provide the EYEMAN Services:

You can access and update your account information at any time through the EYEMAN app or website. This includes:

- Payment methods
- Language preferences
- Profile photo
- Communication preferences
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android) define certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent, such as:
- Location

- Notifications
- Photos or files
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Disabling location services, camera, or microphone may impact your ability to use certain EYEMAN app features (e.g., real-time video with an EYEMAN Agent).
You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from the EYEMAN app via:

- The Notifications or Communications Preferences section in your EYEMAN account settings
Note: You may still receive non-promotional communications related to your account, orders, terms, or safety notifications.
The EYEMAN app enables certain features that involve sharing your data with other users or third parties. These include:
- Sharing live video or session links with other users.
- Allowing others to track your EYEMAN app session progress.
- Payment or fare-splitting features.
You can manage these sharing features from your in-app settings and are notified when data is shared.
After a session, both Users and EYEMAN Agents may rate and provide feedback on one another. This information is used to maintain the quality of the EYEMAN app.
- Ratings are anonymous, but cumulative averages are visible.
- Inappropriate feedback or abuse of the review system may result in account action.
Certain decisions on the EYEMAN app are automated, including:
- Matching you with an EYEMAN Agent based on location, availability, and ratings.
- Adjusting session pricing based on demand or location.
- Detecting potential fraud or policy violations.
We take steps to reduce the impact of these decisions and allow Users to contact EYEMAN Support if they believe a decision was made in error.
